Whilst we consider the likely degradation of this product to be minimal we cannot guarantee full immunoglobulin levels.

This product is packaged fresh daily in a 1000 ml spouted pouch for easy pouring and safe storage between servings. Also available in 500 ml pouches.

This product usually arrives within 24 hours of shipping. However, as we are reliant on the courier network, we can not guarantee that your product will arrive overnight and therefore the quality may be compromised. If you experience an issue with the delivery of your order, please let us know.

Important Note: This product is unpasteurized. This preserves all the good bacteria naturally in the milk but does increase the risk of the presence of unwanted bacteria. Our milk products are produced and packaged under strict quality controls but we can not fully eliminate the risk of contamination. If you have concerns, we recommend heating until just boiling (or to 72°C for at least 16 seconds) before cooling and serving to your pet.

Products are shipped weekly on a Tuesday. Cut-off for all orders is 7 pm Monday evenings. Subscripton options are available, giving extra savings for regular customers.
